Dos dias 28 a 30 de outubro celebrou-se em Brasília o ‘12º Festival Lixo e Cidadania: reciclando por um mundo melhor’. Aí estavam mais de mil catadores de material reciclável, extraído dos lixões das cidades, vindos de todas as partes do país
