[A propósito da ação sionista-imperial contra a Síria]. A "Carta” que oficializou o nascimento da ONU foi assinada no dia 26 de junho de 1945, em São Francisco-EUA. Essa Carta outorgou ao Conselho de Segurança "a responsabilidade na manutenção da paz e da segurança internacional”
