Do not concentrate on looking back

That leads you forward and beyond

Passed the twinkling little pond

Filling you up with sparkle and gold

And many stories as yet untold

Looking back could be too bitter

If not augmented with some glitter

Getting stuck in what once was

Missing out on the applause
