With artificial and false foundations, foreign ministers of Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay, founding members of the Common Market of the South (Mercosur), try to illegally suspend Venezuela for the second time in 2017 from the regional bloc.
These chancellors decided this Saturday to implement the Protocol of Ushuaia, “the Democratic Charter” of the group to suspend a member country in which the democratic order has been broken.
Brazilian Foreign Minister Aloysio Nunes reported at a press conference held in the city government of Sao Paulo, that they determined a “political suspension, by consensus, against Venezuela.”
According to article 3 of this procedure “Any rupture of the democratic order in one of the States Parties to the present Protocol will give rise to the application of the procedures provided for in the following articles.”
