O deputado afastado Paulo Maluf (PP-SP) foi internado às pressas nesta madrugada em um hospital particular de Brasíllia. O parlamentar, que tem 86 anos, vai ficar em observação por três dias. O advogado dele, Antônio Carlos de Almeida Castro, afirmou que o estado de saúde é “grave, com constante e diário comprometimento, inclusive com permanente risco de óbito”. Maluf cumpre pena de sete anos e nove meses de prisão no complexo da Papuda, em Brasília, desde o dia 22 de dezembro, por decisão do ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Edson Fachin.
