The World Poetry Reading series offers opportunities for poets to showcase their work and hosts a regular show, on Vancouver Co-op Radio, which broadcasts every Thursday.

My silence is not my weakness
It’s a strength few can understand
It takes great courage to be mum
When all you want to do is scream your guts out
The tension is pent up somewhere back
But I am holding onto the last ray of hope
I look powerful, in control of myself
But behind those stony eyes is a lava of emotions
Should I let it flow? Or should I hold back yet again?

Templar treasure, sought by many
ships, left in the dead of night,
destination, known only to a few
a secret, never to be shared.
They slipped out of port
ships, laden down with gold
a treasure, that would be talked about
a treasure, a secret place, never told.
Hundreds of years pass by
Templar Treasure… Where is it?
