Tormentas de desesperación
October 8, 2016 13:02Para ellos el sol se ha escondido y no regresará más la luz. La fuerza de la naturaleza los ha tomado por sorpresa, ya es muy tarde, no hay nada que hacer. Nada más oscuro, más terrorífico que sentir la muerte sobre ti no pudiendo huir, ellos estaban atrapados en la pobreza, en la desesperanza ¿nadie oía sus gritos, sus lamentos? Mi alma hoy los escucha y se lamenta con ellos.
Tormentas de desesperación los han atacado y nadie va a salvarlos. Ahogados por las aguas del mar, que al igual que sus lágrimas eran saladas y no podían contenerlas más.
Niños, ancianos, mujeres y hombres, sus corazones no laten más, su ida ha sido tan rápida como oscura. ¿Alguien más ha pensado en lo que hay detrás de las cifras por las muertes y daños? Detrás esas cifras habían vidas, habían sueños que ya no se van a cumplir…

who are you?
The person you inherited from your parents
or the one you bequeath to your children?
Are you and you one or two?
Or have you merged like eggs and milk
into a pudding, not one or the other,
but something quite different
Do you have to break the mirror
to open fresh eyes?
Are you and you one or two?
Something more or something less.
Are you more or less than one?
Your heart is not broken,
though sometimes it feels that way.
The cells of your body are separate
but collaborative and reciprocal.
Your sight is lighted by the
ground of being, but . . .
the question remains
who are you?
Caught between the generations
their different cultures,
perspectives, values.
Their expectations are at odds
and the older made promises
the younger could never keep …
Times change.
People evolve.
Paradigms shift
and you are…
