A era digital mudou totalmente a comunicação, e evita uma dúvida comum de anos atrás: o que fazer com os jornais velhos que vão se acumulando em algum canto da casa? Mas, se para a maioria das pessoas os papéis se tornavam lixo, para a japonesa Chie Hitotsuyama eles são material artístico.
Ela aproveita jornais antigos, que perderam seu valor como mídia, para criar incríveis esculturas de animais, muitas delas em tamanho real. Ela escolhe as cores dos papéis, os corta, molha e molda da forma que mais se encaixe nos seus projetos.
O papel sempre foi algo muito próximo de Chie. Pai de estudante manda recado e destaca importância da ocupação

A ocupação dos prédios de escolas, institutos e universidades em todo o país vem mobilizando estudantes que em luta contra o golpe na educação brasileira se fortalece cada dia mais e, inclusive, vem ganhando força e apoio dos pais.
O vídeo foi gravado no Instituto Federal de Alagoas em Murici pela estudante Thamires Cruz; nele, José Carlos, pai da aluna Carla que esteve no campus para visitar a ocupação e conhecer a luta dos estudantes.
Segundo ele:
“Vim trazer meu apoio a esses jovens que esta começando a dá sentido a sua vida política, sabendo desde já o que é certo e o que errado neste processo democrático”.
