Ele relata que parte do ataque a Rousseff resultou de problemas econômicos do Brasil deliberadamente criados pelas agências de notação de crédito dos EUA como parte do ataque de Washington à dívida brasileira ppor causa do rebaixamento de nota, que desencadeou um ataque contra a moeda brasileira.
A abertura financeira do Brasil fez do Brasil um alvo fácil para o ataque. Pode-se esperar que Vladimir Putin…
