Bolo de laranja com nozes

Para um lanche entre amigos ou familiares, um bolo de sabor especial. Delicioso!
Ingredientes
- 2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
- 2/3 xícara (chá) de açúcar
- 2/3 xícara (chá) de leite
- 2/3 xícara (chá) de nozes
- 1 colher (sopa) de óleo
- 1 colher (chá) de óleo
- 1 ovo
- 2 colheres (chá) de fermento em pó
- casca de 3 laranjas de tamanho médio picadas
- ¾ xícara (chá) de açúcar
Modo de preparo
- Unte uma forma para bolo inglês de 22,5 cm x 12,5 cm x 7,5 cm ou outra de sua preferência. Reserve.
- No liquidificador, coloque a casca de laranja, 2/3 xícara (chá) de água e bata em velocidade média até que a casca fique bem picada.
- Despeje a mistura em uma panela, adicione os ¾ xícara (chá) de açúcar e leve ao fogo até levantar fervura.
- Cozinhe, sem parar de mexer, até engrossar (cerca de 10 minutos).
- Retire e deixe esfriar.
