Going Back to the Essence: “He who in action sees inaction and action in inaction…he has accomplished all his work” (Bhagavadgita)

The single-mindedness of bare attention is a key feature of practicing Mindfulness. Everything is just basic space where apparently ‘things’ gets configured or are arranged in the phenomenal world for us to experience. Space and Awareness are both the same thing and they are inseparable. If sugar is space, then sweetness is the awareness of it. They cannot be separated. In fact, space is awareness. But space is a non-euclidean geometric manifold within the phenomenal universe or in Bohm’s explicate order. There is three-fold space which are mingled in one, the space of pure empty Rigpa or non-dual awareness which enfolds within it the 2 other spaces. This is Chittakasha, the space of primordial awareness which beyond cause and effect and it has no beginning or end. Boxed in

writing in north norfolk

Creak of ropes melds with creak of trees

Bare wooden boxes swing in the breeze

Contorted bone and spine are folded in

Cubes of splintered wood on naked skin

Swinging high amongst leaves and limbs

Incarcerated at the furious forest’s whim

Open to elements and nature’s powers

Punishing heat, cold, wind and showers

Revenge is as sour as the dirt and sweat

In which tree slayers languish until death
