A idade avança, o progresso também. O velho abre espaço para o novo. Mas Clara, a protagonista de “Aquarius”, entende que um não vive sem o outro. Sabe que sua história está agarrada às paredes do edifício onde mora e não abre mão dela.

The single-mindedness of bare attention is a key feature of practicing Mindfulness. Everything is just basic space where apparently ‘things’ gets configured or are arranged in the phenomenal world for us to experience. Space and Awareness are both the same thing and they are inseparable. If sugar is space, then sweetness is the awareness of it. They cannot be separated. In fact, space is awareness.
