Peach crostata

Crostata is an Italian baked tart that dates back to early cookbooks like Art of cooking by Martino da Como, published in 1465. It’s a rustic version of an open fruit tart baked in a pie tray but we all know that, the fact that is surprising to me is that it dates back to the 15th century. In my last post Roasted chicken & fries I mentioned that French fries date back to 1600s, so it’s really interesting how today we still eat dishes that people have been eating for centuries and they’re still widely popular. Seems like when it comes to food some things never change.
I like preparing Crostata since it is probably the easiest dessert one can make and it can be prepared for any occasion. When making a choice which fruit to use for a Crostata the possibilities are endless, but probably the best option…

Bom, é preciso explicar o contexto desse tema. Estou estudando para concursos públicos pois desejo uma base estável para construir uma família. Em busca desse sonho, tive diversas dificuldades, inclusive a experiência que me trouxe esse aprendizado.
Para a realização de um sonho algumas etapas são necessárias. A primeira delas é descobrir exatamente qual o seu sonho. Parece simples, certo? O grande porém aqui é que esse sonho precisa ser facilmente medido e qualquer pessoa que te encontrar no futuro precisa ser capaz de afirmar com convicção que você conquistou seu sonho.
Por exemplo:
-Eu quero ter uma estabilidade emocional!
Bom, esse é um ótimo objetivo, no entanto, possivelmente haverão divergências sobre se o objetivo foi atingido ou não. A grande pergunta aqui é: “quando você vai saber que atingiu uma estabilidade emocional?”. Daí surgem algumas respostas:
- Quando eu for capaz de não xingar motoristas que dirigem mal no trânsito;

No rechaces los sueños por ser sueños.

I imagine what it must be like to…stay still in the night

There are no birds or anything, or none that I can see. I imagine what it must be like to stay hidden, disappear in the dusky nothing and stay still in the night. It’s not sadness, though it may sound like it. I’m thinking about people and trees and how I wish I could be silent more, be more tree than anything else, less clumsy and loud, less crow, more cool white pine, and how it’s hard not to always want something else, not just to let the savage grass grow.
