Ryan Whitwam:
»Today is apparently Pixel leak day. After getting some new details on pricing and spotting the phone in a Nest ad, some actual photos of the phones have emerged. The image above (and another below) show both phones side-by-side. This marks the first time we’ve actually seen the phones in the flesh—er, metal. Whatever.
The images show both phones in the aluminum finish, which does look very light above. I think that’s down to…

Free Spirits and Happiness
September 21, 2016 8:23I yearn for freedom, for open skies, hills to run, and oceans to swim.
I yearn for the ability to drop everything and escape when life gets too much,
and sometimes I do. Sometimes I need to escape.
My own views on mortality herald free-agency as a major part of our existence, and though life and circumstance does its best to trap us, freedom and reaching for our dreams is the key to happiness.

What is happiness? There’s a quote which says ‘Happiness is like a butterfly; the more you chase it, the more it will elude you, but if you turn your attention to other things, it will come and sit softly on your shoulder.’Henry David Thoreau. #Innerscape and the joy of negative wordcounts
September 21, 2016 8:22The title is a little misleading – I don’t actually have a negative wordcount, I have a positive wordcount of 137 for the day – but I am very, very happy.

I know everyone says to ‘just write’ [and edit later], but that’s never been how I work. The story comes to me in fits…

Secou. A paz é uma desgraça.
Uma desgraça.
Carregar essa rosa. Boba na mão. Nada a ver. Vou não. Não vou fazer essa cara. Chapada. Não vou rezar. Eu é que não vou tomar a praça. Nessa multidão. A paz não resolve nada. A paz marcha. Para onde marcha? A paz fica bonita na televisão. Viu aquele ator?
Se quiser, vá você, diacho. Eu é que não vou. Atirar uma lágrima. A paz é muito organizada. Muito certinha, tadinha. A paz tem hora marcada. Vem governador participar. E…
