Does anyone remember ISIS? I ask because not much is in the news these days…..with all the sex and Russia stuff….ISIS has been pushed to the back page….but we still have troops that are fighting their way to crush this barbaric bunch of pigs.
When was the last time you heard the term “ISIS” used?

O artigo sobre “Riqueza Imobiliária” foi o trabalho vencedor do I PRÊMIO LARES IBAPE/SP. O prêmio foi conferido na XVII Conferência Internacional da LARES 2017, onde foi apresentado. Os alunos do curso de Doutoramento do IE-UNICAMP na disciplina Economia Interdisciplinar oferecida no segundo semestre de 2016 – Tatiana Rimoli Gzvitauski, Marcel Roberto Santos Dias, Rafael Bertazzi Costa Rosa, Daniel Herrera Pinto – e o professor Fernando Nogueira da Costa foram coautores. O artigo foi publicado como Texto para Discussão 284 do IE-UNICAMP.
Além de apresentar uma visão holística sobre o mercado imobiliário brasileiro, com base no método de análise propiciado pela Economia da Complexidade, o trabalho diagnostica se houve, de fato, a emergência de “bolha imobiliária” no Brasil a partir de 2008.
