Scandalous Prognostication
19 de Fevereiro de 2017, 14:37The groundhog has spoken.
For those living in North America, and anyone who visits for that matter, February 2nd marks an important day in the proliferation of prognostication. Never mind the Farmer’s Almanac, each 2nd of February, Americans and Canadians predicate their annual battle with Seasonal Affective Disorder, on the predictions of a rodent.
This year’s outcome is indecisive. A split decision, dividing a continent.
With foreseeable backlash, scandal and media frenzy inevitable, one can only hope the global outcry and ensuing protests remain peaceful.

Land of Hope and Glory
19 de Fevereiro de 2017, 12:44Glastonbury Abbey Ruins
England; a humble land
one of hope and glory,
with castles, a distant reminder
from pageant past, to present day.
Ruined abbeys proudly stand
humble monks, once tended land,
rolling landscapes, flowing streams
eyes gaze, across flowing fields.
Quaint villages built of stone
man calls his home, his castle
ghosts still haunt the past
from now, until the end of time.

Left me naked by her oceans
My castles are made of her sands
Tides change leaving…….
I hear her calling
Yet I know not her shores
I will be gone all day
I’m going to work today
Everyone have a beautiful day
The weather here is like spring
It’s crazy
Remember
There’s no hope for a joker like you
there’s no hope for a joker like me
Cause you know baby the joke is the wild card

Most of the time you’ll do, or not do, what you want because you’re concerned with what other people think. I get it. I’ve been there many times before. So many hours are wasted thinking or even caring about someone else’s opinion about you, you become their prisoner. This holds you back.
It boils down to this. It doesn’t matter.
The only real thing that matters is what you think about yourself.
This is my life, at the end of the day, I am the only person who needs to approve of my own choices.
That does not mean that I’m not kind and I won’t try to get along with others. It only…
