Neither has Israel (or let’s say never had) sincere intentions to negotiate (for peace). Forced to negotiations regarding the “Shalit exchange deal”, they finally agreed on terms Hamas had given them years before. This is after committing another massacre in Gaza which cost over 1400 lives, and negotiated, presidential pardoned the “to exchange” political detainees for Shalit.
