#openSUSE Leap 42.3 disponible la versión Beta

openSUSE Leap 42.3 se publicará a finales del mes de julio de 2017. Pero ya puedes probar la versión Beta para testear y saciar tu curiosidad.
Tal como nos comentó el amigo Replicante en su web, el modelo de desarrollo de openSUSE ha pasado a ser un modelo de desarrollo contínuo. Hasta llegar a la versión final donde como siempre recibirá únicamente actualizaciones de seguridad y parches a bugs.
Los test automatizados openQA, que testean cada nuevo lanzamiento de Tumbleweed, han demostrado ser fiables y estar muy depurados para encontrar fallos. Lo que facilita mucho la tarea de los empaquetadores y creadores de nuevas versiones.
Por tanto estos mismos test se han aplicado al modelo de desarrollo de la nueva versión estable de openSUSE Leap. Lo que hace que no haya hitos o “milestones” como tal.
Pero sí que de manera periódica se vayan liberando nuevas versiones,

The boxes crowding my living room, reminding me that I have agreed to the winds of change, can go. The dresses, the shoes that made me beautiful, at least in my mind during those years when I was hidden even from myself, can go. The bottles, tall, short and fat filled with creams scented and pearled, extracted from fruits no one has ever seen but desperately need to stay alive, can go. The promises to do better, live better, be better can go too. My mind equally cluttered with these demands. I want freedom, a suitcase and the hands of my children who are both well today. Yesterday one was not and his injury has been repaired. So was mine. He is all I need.

We are days from Memorial Day and the holiday weekend here in the US of A. How did we get here so quickly? Well that’s life. We’re busy and encompassed with so many things that while we may wish for holidays, we’re also so occupied with life and activities and everything else that days and events just creep up on you.
Here we go. It’s the end of May and it’s time to celebrate. It’s always time to celebrate. The party continues. And of course that means the tea drinking party continues.
What better way to get this week and upcoming weekend going than a fateful stop to one of the great towns in Maryland and all of the United States, Annapolis, MD.
