Quais meios de comunicação mais influenciaram os eleitores na definição de seus votos? Algumas pesquisas indicam, em primeiro lugar, conversas com amigos. Em seguida, propaganda eleitoral em rádio e televisão, e, em terceiro, mídias sociais.
Rádio, TV e mídias sociais são meios tecnológicos que convergem e se misturam. Difícil separá-los. Indicam também as pesquisas que WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook e Twitter teriam sido decisivos no dia da eleição. Até mesmo na fila de votação.
Conversa com amigos e vizinhos é tradicionalmente fator determinante para o voto. A novidade é que a conversa agora é tecnológica, via WhatsApp ou Facebook. A tecnologia é a nova conversa eleitoral. Mais ainda, é a nova boca de urna.
A legislação eleitoral proíbe boca de urna. Mas a conversa tecnológica é difícil de controlar. Abra seu celular na hora de votar e…
