Andres received his Bachelor of Design in Architecture from University of Central Florida in 2012 and Master in Architecture from University of Michigan in 2015. Just words
Wild roses
I knew her.
Her beauty had tempted me for many months.
She would dance with me when the songs were good.
She was a long-legged woman who had wild blue eyes and loved the whisky and the long night.
I loved her blond hair and kind and sweet voice.
She told me often.
“Wild roses grow where they want. They know pretty lies and story. The wild rose grows near the river and the thorns can make you bleed for the remnant of love is left and lulls the breath of wishes, that cannot be fulfilled. Old lovers may weep but the wild rose cannot.”
I told her often. Free men fear not the wild rose. The taste of the sweet kiss and the loving embrace would be enough. Dark is the night and loneliness is the night when…

Lula × FHC: Corrupção, estética, classismo e preconceito

Eu confesso que não sei a verdade: não sei se Lula é ou não dono de um tríplex no Guarujá como não sei se FHC é ou não dono de um apartamento na Avenue Foch, em Paris.
Sei apenas que a presunção de ser dono de um tríplex no Guarujá é inequivocamente associada à corrupção e a presunção de ser dono de um apartamento em Paris não tem nada a ver, obviamente, com corrupção.
Especialmente se o apê do Guarujá for um tanto novo-rico e o apê de Paris, um tanto elegante.
A questão é estética.
Lula carregando uma caixa de isopor e sendo dono de um barco de lata é uma cômica farofa. Se FHC carregasse uma caixa de isopor e fosse dono de um barco de lata seria uma concessão à humildade.
A questão é classista.

Cosa Mi Contraddistingue?

Cosa mi contraddistingue? Cosa mi fa essere me stessa? Alle volte mi pongo questa domanda. Me la pongo nella vita, e spesso non so dare un risposta. Me la pongo quando scrivo, e nemmeno qui so dare un giudizio.Quanto io sono dentro una storia? Quanto ciò che vivo è parte dei miei scritti? Nelle emozioni dei miei personaggi, ci sono le mie emozioni? In Emma di Jane Austen, c’è davvero lei?
Alle volte mi chiedo quanto io sia riconoscibile. Quanto sia prevedibile. Quando ciò che mi contraddistingue mi renderà banale? Questo me lo chiedo spesso. Alla banalità preferire la morte, eppure, per quanto io mi possa reinventare, sono sempre io.
