Le projet de loi pour l’« accès au logement et un urbanisme rénové » (Alur) a été voté en première lecture au Sénat le 26 octobre 2013 après son adoption par l’Assemblée nationale le 17 septembre dernier. Dans cette loi est notamment prévu de « créer de nouvelles formes d’accès au logement par l’habitat participatif
