This is a great dessert option when you just don't have time to bake or simply are just not in the baking mood.  This sweet treat is perfect for the kids to make themselves.  All you need are store bought cookies of your choice.  Soft or cookies with a crunch will work perfectly.  For this treat I went with Whole Foods Fresh Baked Cookies.
