I get so many messages about what a fat body is, I thought I'd talk about some of the things that my body isn't:

My Body is Not Embarrassing

Being called fat should be no more embarrassing that being called brunette.  These are just physical descriptors. It's not that "fat" is bad in and of itself, the problem is that people attach all kinds of stereotypes to the descriptor.

Tras una feliz victoria de nuestro Millonarios la cual más que tres puntos significaban una alegría para usted le escribo estas líneas. Usted no sabe quién escribe esto, y yo muy poco sé de usted. Sé que llegó como un refuerzo para poder pintar en este torneo finalización la estrella 15 en nuestro glorioso escudo y  en lo poco que le he  visto en la cancha le he visto las cosas que me hacen tenerle fe, esas que le vi cuando jugó con nuestro rival de patio y con Once Caldas que lo perfilaban como un muy buen refuerzo.
