Twitter ha avviato una grande scrematura (NPR, Washington Post) degli account che ritiene fasulli o pilotati da sistemi automatici (bot). A me, nelle ultime ore, sono scomparsi quasi settemila follower. Lo stesso sta succedendo un po’ a tutti.

A fine anno scorso alcune persone diversamente intelligenti avevano polemizzato sui miei presunti follower fasulli. Questa purga, e soprattutto il numero di follower restanti, sono una risposta di Twitter a questa polemica.

Passando a cose più liete, segnalo che Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker in Star Wars) umoristicamente non l’ha presa bene: perdere di colpo così tanti bot, proprio lui che ha tanti robot fra i suoi amici...
