ADFIAP and SPARC Asia, Ltd. have signed a partnership agreement to work together with the Association’s development bank-members to provide the underserved and unserved communities with access to information, communication and technology (ICT) capabilities and services that will revitalize these communities, through, among others, improved health and education programs as well as new and innovative
