Voilà, c’est fait. L’économie sociale et solidaire (ESS) voulait être  » reconnue « , elle l’est. Elle souhaitait changer d’échelle : elle en aura les moyens. Les entrepreneurs sociaux voulaient qu’on leur fasse une place sur la photo de famille : ils sont au premier rang. Dont acte : le projet de loi sur l’ESS présenté
