This a series of greyhound drawings I did during my college days. I went to a very conceptual art school, and we were often given broad subjects, or one-word themes to stimulate bodies of work. If I remember correctly, the subject of this particular project was “permutation.” I was really into anatomy at the time, and decided I would do different combinations of skin, bone, and muscle (S,B,M) in terms of what would be drawn first, which resulted in six works, SMB, SBM, MSB, MBS, BSM, and BMS.
